Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design

Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is a set of rating systems for the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of green buildings, homes and neighborhoods. LEED is intended to help building owners and operators be environmentally responsible and use resources efficiently. LEED standards have been applied to more than 7,000 projects in the United States and 30 countries, covering more than 1.5 billion square feet (140 km²) of development area.  We are proud that we are LEED certified, which demonstrates our commitment to a clean and healthy environment for us and future generations..
